Organizing Your Jewels

I hope you had a fabulous long weekend. Our weekend was lovey, filled with lots of family time and eating too much! Michael also cleaned my car yesterday and I don't think it's been that clean since I drove it off the lot 5.5 years ago.

Now onto more important things - organizing your jewels. Do you have a jewellery box that you throw all your favourite pieces in or are you as clever as these examples? I have a jewellery box where most of my pieces go, however, I also use an over-sized wine glass to drape my necklaces in and I have an earring holder for my long earrings.

Birks Spring Charms

Being Canadian, born and raised, means when I can, I love promoting Canadian businesses. I mean, we need to help our own, correct? Birks, a leading Canadian luxury brand of fine, stunning jewelry has pieces I'm always drooling over. Whenever I'm at Yorkdale or strolling Bloor Street I can't help myself but take a walk through the Birks store and imagine myself dripping in jewels!

If you know me you know I love pretty things. Whether it's makeup, a new pair of shoes or jewelery, I'm a girly girl and a lover of all things pretty. A couple weeks ago I received an email informing me about the new line of Birks Spring Charms and fell in love immediately. The charms are affordable, trendy and everything a girl could ask for!

Are you a chunky jewelery type of gal? I'm a big fan of big earrings and no necklace myself, but the ladies that can pull off stunning necklaces win over my heart every time!

I want to incorporate some fun arm candy into my day to day life but haven't found pieces to layer nicely. I'm hoping to find some tomorrow while I'm out and about in the city.

Is anyone else loving this weather right now, I sure am! I thought to put you in a summery mood today I'd highlight some of my favourite jewelry right now. I am so in love with Stella and Dot right now and I think you all should be too. Here are some of my favourite pieces.
