How Do You Decorate Your Walls?

I am just giddy with excitment because Michael and I get our house in three and a half weeks. It seems like just yesterday we were at the Decor Centre picking everything from wall colour to granite and now it's finally here.

Michael and I want to make sure our walls have some serious loving. How do you decorate your walls? What type of art have you hung? We're on a tight budget art wise so we're looking for an inexpensive way to add some art love to our house.

Here are some pictures I found on pinterest that I really like. Let me know your thoughts!

  1. Those mirrors are pretty cool! I tend to go for the more reasonably priced stuff and usually get my art from Etsy or online. I also love the idea of blowing up family photos really large (like poster size) and framing them as art. So excited for you and Michael!

  2. I've used photos from my travels, cheap art I've picked up in different parts of the world (that usually costs me way more to frame than it was to buy), mirrors, tapestries, stuff like that. The art that I love is usually out of my budget!

  8. Your landscaping design should make use of much more than just plants and trees.
Imagine your backyard with wood playscapes in an area of
the site designed specifically for young people.
It will only enhance the perfect manicured lawn or the rustic look of your all native garden.
